Dr. DeeDee is known for her deep listening and time spent with each new patient. As such, she is highly sought after and often booked well in advance. We ask all new patients to review our policies for scheduling, payment and insurance and are happy to answer any questions that you may have.

New Patient Scheduling

When scheduling your initial New Patient visit, we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. These appointments are in high demand and are scheduled so that ample time is given for your first visit. If at least 24 hour notice is not given to cancel this appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the visit as a missed appointment fee.

Full payment for your visit is expected at the time of service. We accept credit or debit cards from Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, as well as cash.


Health Insurance Options

Dr. DeeDee is in network with Medical Mutual of Ohio (PPO only). You will be responsible for meeting your deductibles, co-pays or costs of non-covered services at the time of your visit.

If you do not have a PPO plan with Medical Mutual of Ohio, you are responsible for the full cost of services.


Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

Dr. DeeDee does not double-book appointments and her time is highly sought after. If you should need to cancel your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours notice so that people on her waiting list can be seen instead. You will be charged the full appointment fee if less than 24 hours notice is given.
